Thank you local Media for all the great write-ups! It's going to be a GREAT weekend!

Las Vegas Weekly mentioned us in the Calendar under "Special Events": Celebration of Love and Sex Through the Arts Fourth anniversary fundraiser event; live music, giveaways, raffles and more. 9/1, 9pm, donation." Las Vegas City Life features the Slut Walk on Page 4 under their "Pick of the week": [protest]Saturday, Sept. 1. Slut Walk. It's that time of year again: the season for public figures to say appallingly ignorant things about sexual assault. Last year, it was a representative of the Toronto police department, who said women could avoid rape if they didn't dress like sluts. Pretty bad, right? Don't even get us started on Rep. Todd Akin, who thinks women can't get pregnant from "legitimate" rape. If those kinds of comments made you mad enough to march in heels, then join the second annual Slut Walk Las Vegas, departing Saturday from the Erotic Heritage Museum..." http://lasvegascitylife.com/sections/ae/citylife-picks/slut-walk.html And Seven Magazine featured the Museum under their "Seven Nights this week in your city", page 45. Sat. 1: "Sure, the pool parties will provide a bit of eye candy to feast upon, but nothing this weekend will be sexier than the Erotic Heritage Museum's four-year anniversary. You know you want to see that Star Wars XXX porn parody exhibit from Vivid, featuring props created by adult performer Kylie Ireland, her husband Andy Appleton, or the Celebrity Sex Scandals video presentation!"

Akin Ignorance... he needs to visit the Erotic Heritage Museum!

I love this cartoon in today's Las Vegas Review Journal! It is hard to fathom that someone who is running for Senate is that ignorant! We would suggest he make a visit to the Erotic Heritage Museum to learn a bit more about the female anatomy, sexuality and how things really work!!!!!

Dress up, bring a sign and let's walk the talk! Yes, means Yes! No, means No! 'Just coz I want to dress as a slut doesn't mean I shouldn't be respected!' Great new review on Trip Advisor...

“Another side of sexuality” 4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012. Human sexuality has been with us from day one and this museum presents the topic historically and culturally to the modern day issues. This is definitely an adult attraction. You enter the museum walking through a 'Red Light District' hall into the first floor exhibit area of a two-level museum. The displays are arranged in an open floor plan and randomness that cause you to wander. The first floor exhibits include include information on the pornography industry from the early to modern day, lots of information on the 'Wall of Shame' of public, political and religious leaders convicted of sex crimes, porn star molds, sexual artifacts and a dress made from all condoms. Don't forget to check out the restroom on the first floor where it is encouraged and you can leave your mark or satisfy the bathroom graffiti artist need. No photography of the erotica is permitted on the second floor where artistic paintings, sculptures and other historical collections are located. Don't miss a painting done by Walt Disney. Video monitors are located throughout where you can watch the early films. A different type of wedding chapel located on site. You will need to drive or taxi to the location as the building is off 'The Strip' and no restaurants in the area from what I could determine. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g45963-d2490205-Reviews-Erotic_Heritage_Museum_Las_Vegas-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html If you have also visited the museum and would like to write a review for us please do! As we are a non-profit, we rely on word-of-mouth advertising to create awareness about this hidden gem!
